ZH88 Game Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

To register and use ZH88, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of Pakistan or another jurisdiction where participation on this type of platform is not prohibited by applicable law
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be a person who has previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the ZH88 platform

ZH88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Winnings collected by ineligible users may be voided and withheld.

Account Registration and Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold one ZH88 account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different details, is strictly prohibited. ZH88 uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any other person. ZH88 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account where the user failed to maintain the security of their credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.

Account Verification

ZH88 may require identity verification at any point, including before processing reward collections. Verification typically involves confirming the identity associated with the registered mobile number. Unverified accounts may have collection processing paused until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading verification information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Contributions

Contributions to your ZH88 account are made through JazzCash and EasyPaisa. The minimum contribution is Rs. 100. Contributions are credited to your account following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. ZH88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor's own systems. If a contribution has not credited within a reasonable period, contact support with your payment reference number.

ZH88 does not accept contributions from third-party sources. All contributions must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Contributions made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

Reward Collections and Withdrawals

Reward collection requests are processed to the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account linked to your ZH88 profile. Verified accounts typically see collections process within a few hours. First-time collection requests undergo an additional verification step which may extend processing time. ZH88 reserves the right to conduct additional account reviews before processing any collection request.

Minimum collection amounts apply. Collections will not be processed where the account balance falls below the minimum threshold. ZH88 may limit, delay, or decline collection requests where fraud, terms violation, or verification issues are identified.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and reward credits offered by ZH88 are subject to wagering requirements before the associated funds may be collected. Wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible game types for each bonus are specified at the point the bonus is offered. Attempting to collect bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

ZH88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Abuse of the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on ZH88 and will result in immediate account closure without recovery of balances:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any game or platform feature
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain unintended advantages
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Creating accounts with false or stolen identity information
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity

Intellectual Property

All content on zh88-game.net.pk and within the ZH88 application — including text, graphics, logos, game designs, and software — is the property of ZH88 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission. The ZH88 name and logo are protected marks and may not be used without authorization.

Account Actions

ZH88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where these Terms are violated, where fraud is suspected, where identity verification cannot be completed, or where continued use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed for violation of these Terms, balances may be forfeited. Where a closure is made in error, the affected user should contact support for review.

Updates to These Terms

ZH88 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or at login. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not accept updated Terms should close their account before the changes take effect. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page.
